WE BELIEVE THERE IS ONE GOD, INFINITELY PERFECT AND ETERNALLY EXISTENT IN THE PERSONS OF THE FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT.

 

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.” Deuteronomy 6:4

 

WE BELIEVE in the eternal deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His appearance on earth through virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death to take away the sins of the world and restore right relationship with God, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return to earth in power and glory.

 

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1

 

 WE BELIEVE in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live life as a witness, that you can live a godly life.

 

“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26

 

WE BELIEVE in the fullness of the Holy Spirit as the empowerment of the Christian for witness and service.

 

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

 

WE BELIEVE all the gifts of the Holy Spirit-inspired, authoritative Word of God and that it is eternally reliable.

 

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.”  2 Timothy 3:16

 

WE BELIEVE salvation is by grace, through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that repentance, faith in Jesus Christ, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are necessary for salvation.

 

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8

 

WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved to eternal life and those who are lost to eternal damnation. 

 

“And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”  Matthew 25:46

 

WE BELIEVE in one universal Church that is the Body of Christ. Christ is the head and that all who are born again are its members.

 

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.”

WE BELIEVE in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:4-6

 

WE BELIEVE in baptizing believers by immersion, in water, in obedience to the command of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
